The Local History Center will host an adult, “Canvas & Cookies” class on Tuesday, July 23rd, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Come and enjoy a relaxing evening with friends, painting a canvas of a beautiful sunflower, and snacking on tasty cookies in the Harmon Room. The class will be instructed by Jackie Hefner, and is open to all artistic levels. Whether you’ve never painted a day in your life, or are an expert, you are welcome to attend! This is a FREE program, with supplies provided by the library, including the 16x20 canvas for you to paint and take home.  You must register to attend by Friday, July 19th as class size is limited to 20 participants.
