How to I get a library card?
Just stop in to your local Williams County Public Library branch

fill out a library card application. We do require that you show
photo identification with valid address and a billing statement
so that we can verify your address. Children can apply for
cards, but must have their parent/guardian sign their application.

books out for me?
The Williams County
Public Library endorses the recommendation of the American

checking out materials. If picking up requested materials
that are on hold, the person who's card was used to place the

are to protect the privacy of our patrons and to shield the
library from theft of materials.
